Organised by the Well-being Champions Network (WCN) in partnership with A*STAR, the first WCN engagement event of the year titled “Well-Being at Work - From Intent to Impact” brings together professionals who are driving workplace well-being from within their organisations.

Through engaging sessions and insightful case studies, participants will learn how to transform good intentions into meaningful and lasting outcomes. They will get to hear from leaders at A*STAR, Singtel, C&W Services, and Airbus who will share how well-being is being embedded across teams, leadership, and business functions.

Besides learning how to design and scale well-being initiatives and securing leadership support, participants can connect with a community of like-minded peers committed to making workplace well-being a sustained priority.

In the afternoon, participants can deepen their learning through one of two focused masterclasses, tailored to equip leaders with the skills to drive cultural change or support their people through transformation. These masterclasses are optional and separately chargeable.
