Well-Being Champions Network

Clueless about starting, developing or implementing workplace mental well-being support strategies? The Network could well be your solution!

About the Well-being Champions Network

The Network aims to be a Community of Practice for workplace mental well-being champions, and a learning and networking platform to help them design and implement a mental well-being system in their respective company. Both Champions and all other employees the Champions nominate can register to be part of the Network.

To enable the Champions to connect and learn, an online portal (wellbeingchampions.sg) is available for them to access the following:

  • Information on upcoming events such as networking sessions, webinar talks, workshops and trainings;
  • Personalised feeds and articles;
  • Online forum where Champions can post, discuss and problem-solve issues with fellow Champions, experts and resource persons;
  • Tailored virtual consultation sessions with experts and resource persons, where Champions can seek or provide advice for more sensitive issues; and
  • A directory of curated case studies, best practices, relevant resources and professional/ medical contacts for referral.

Visit wellbeingchampions.sg to sign up to be a member of the Well-being Champions Network. For enquires, please email hello@wellbeingchampions.sg.

What Our Champions Have to Say

“The Network will allow us to share best practices and learn from each other. The online portal made available to the champions offers curated programmes and well-being activities... which will also be more attractive for people to participate in.”

- Mr Paul Fong
Country Director for Dow Chemical Pacific (Singapore and Malaysia)

“When you have very good well-being programmes, you are attractive to an employee, and are more likely to attract talent, especially the younger generation… It is important to raise awareness so that employees are comfortable and feel safe talking about the issues, and can then learn together how to address them.”

- Mr Aslam Sardar
Chief Executive of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals
