Sign the Employers’ Pledge of Fair Employment Practices as your first step to becoming a fair employer. The pledge signals your organisation’s intention to be fair and abide by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.

According to the Guidelines, employers must recruit and select employees on the basis of merit (such as skills, experience or ability to perform the job), and regardless of age, race, gender, religion, marital status and family responsibilities, or disability (this list is not exhaustive and highlights more common examples of discrimination).

What do I need in order to access the Employers' Pledge form?

To access the Employers' Pledge application form on EmPOWER, you need the following:

Corppass. Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:

Log in to Corppass.
Go to eServices Access tab.
Choose EmPOWER as one of your company’s eServices.
Assign EmPOWER to your Corppass account.
