Report on Workplace Harassment
If you have experienced harassment at your workplace, you can report the matter to TAFEP by filling up the form below.
Depending on the details provided, we may contact you for more information, and follow up with the firm and parties involved. If you have any concerns or objections to us approaching the firm, please provide your reasons in the report. We will duly assess and discuss with you during our follow up, taking into account your concerns.
TAFEP can advise you on the actions you can consider taking, such as:
- File a claim for wrongful dismissal with TADM if you have been dismissed
- File a police report
- Seek Protection Orders from the State Courts
- Take civil action against the harasser or stalker via the District Court
- Consider mediation by the Community Mediation Centre (CMC)
- For Union Members, seek assistance from NTUC Workplace Advisory or U PME Centre
