Objectives of the Programme
1. Evaluate the work ability of employees with health conditions/prolonged sickness absence
2. Support employees to resume work after an illness/injury, and mitigate potential risks to employees’ health or patients’ safety
3. Screen and refer employees who require additional medical treatment and/or rehabilitation support in the early stages of illness or injury
