Public Consultation for WSH Guidelines for Implementation of WSHMS for the Marine Industries

The Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council, together with the Association of Singapore Marine Industries, have reviewed the WSH Manual for Marine Industries to ensure its alignment to the SS ISO 45001: Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements with guidance for use.  

The Manual has been renamed to “WSH Guidelines on Implementation of WSH Management System (WSHMS) for the Marine Industries”. It provides guidance to companies preparing to establish a WSHMS, which comprises elements of leadership and worker participation, planning and operation. 

The WSH Council would like to seek feedback and inputs from the industry prior to publication. The period of consultation is from 1 to 29 April 2022.
