There has been a spate of workplace accidents in the logistics and transportation industry in 2021, some of which have resulted in fatalities and the issuance of stop-work orders for logistics companies. To prevent and/or minimise the occurrence of these unfortunate and avoidable incidents, the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) will be organising a webinar with the support of the WSH Council and industry partners. The webinar will:
• Shed light on the workplace accidents that are prevalent in the logistics and transportation industry; 
• Share practical safety measures for forklift operations;
• Share examples of company-led initiatives to improve overall safety management practices; and
• Highlight existing technologies to enable driver safety.
