21 Jan 2025 Tools and templates Grievance handling Trending

This e-learning course is developed to support employers, HR practitioners and supervisors in preparation for the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation, and the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), which came into effect on 1 Dec 2024. Under the TG-FWAR, disagreements arising from FWA requests should first be raised through the organisation’s internal grievance handling procedure.

By the end of this course, learners will be familiarised with workplace grievances and their potential impact on the organisation, and made aware of the proper procedures to manage them.

This 90-minute e-learning course will cover these sections:

  1. Introduction to Grievance Handling and Its Importance
  2. Implementing a Proper Grievance Handling Process
  3. Carrying Out the Grievance Handling Procedure

This e-learning course is hosted on NTUC LearningHub’s Learning eXperience Platform (NTUC LXPHub). Click here for the step-by-step guide on how to access the e-learning resource on the platform.
