Progressive employers recognise that supporting their employees in achieving work-life harmony benefits the employee and organisation alike. Part of this effort is maintaining healthy work-life boundaries through practices and policies such as an after-hours communication policy. This template can be used and adapted to your organisation's needs.

This resource was created as a part of the efforts of the Alliance for Action on Work-Life Harmony, which aims to increase public awareness of the importance of work-life harmony and work with community stakeholders to co-create work-life harmony initiatives, and supported by the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).
