How do I check my case reference number?

You will have a case reference number if you have filed a case with us. For example, EC/DC-2023-123456. Please refer to your letter, email or your dashboard for the case reference number. 

If you have an existing draft claim, for example TADM-2023-123456, you may log in to your dashboard to complete the filing process.
