Nothing appears after I input or select an option in the chatbot, what do I do?

Please try the following steps:
1. Close the chatbot window and try again.
2. Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox, and browse in incognito mode.
3. Disable all pop-up blockers and clear your cache before using our “Ask TADM” chatbot advisory service.
Alternatively, you may wish to access our chatbot using a desktop or laptop.
If you still face the same issue, please contact us with a screenshot of the issue, including the date and time and the steps taken before encountering the issue.
